Why Work with The FHRA

  • Shared service knowledge base. As a group we share experiences and knowledge in an effort to bring thousands of years of experience to the customer.
  • Shared engineering experiences. Often times the customer has a design challenge that is unusual in the local territory. With the network of engineer representatives in FHRA we find that someone has had a similar challenge in the past and can share solutions.
  • Larger inventory. Your local representative has a major investment in inventory yet occasionally local inventory and factory lead time cannot meet your schedule. The FHRA shares inventory to satisfy many of your equipment needs.
  • Business tools. The network of similar businesses in FHRA share technological ideas to improve our customer response time and service.
  • Real world experience. The FHRA meets regularly with our principal suppliers to voice your suggestions and concerns to the management. This results in faster responses to issues and new product solution introductions.
